Performance Marketing Expert

We engineer growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Conduct comprehensive audience research and create targeted campaigns for brand awareness, leads, and sales.
  • Design and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to enhance campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, policies, and best practices to inform strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in creating effective retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
