Job Opportunity: Production Support Engineer

A seasoned technical professional with 9-12 years of experience is sought to provide expert-level support for a Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in SQL/Unix, VB/Powerquery/Python, and monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M.

The selected individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality production support services to business stakeholders, resolving incidents efficiently, and maintaining accountability. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar tools and regulatory reporting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 production support to business users.
  • Work on incidents and maintain a high level of accountability.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL/Unix, VB/Powerquery/Python.
  • Proficiency in monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools and regulatory reporting.
