Job Title: ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and integrate workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the FMCG domain and knowledge of SKU creation workflows. They will be responsible for designing, developing and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms, as well as supporting existing Skelta BPM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead the workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with the FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
