Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Configuration Management Database (CMDB) developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain and develop CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Audit and review CMDB data quality regularly to identify discrepancies.
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Ability to integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
