Job Title: Techno-Functional Model N Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).

Candidate should possess technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX, along with experience working with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams and product vendors to deliver excellent results.
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Maintain good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Work effectively with Agile & DevOps methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Model N Modules.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
