Job Opportunity: Experienced ServiceNow Developer and Trainer

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our development and training initiatives. As a highly experienced ServiceNow developer and trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on major ServiceNow modules, preparing candidates for interviews through structured training programs, and providing module-wise interview question preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM/PPM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Develop and deliver structured training programs, real-time scenarios, and mock sessions to prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Provide in-depth module-wise interview question preparation, covering basic to advanced topics.
  • Conduct mock interviews simulating real-world interview panels to help candidates refine their skills.
  • Offer guidance on resume preparation, certifications, and career path development.
  • Deliver scenario-based problem-solving and whiteboard practice exercises to enhance candidates' critical thinking and technical skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and solutioning across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with conducting and facing ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills to effectively train and guide candidates.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred, including CSA, CAD, and CIS in multiple modules.
