ServiceNow Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA specialist to join our team.

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of work from office weekly.

  • We serve over 12,000 organizations in more than 100 countries with an employee strength of 15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on business requirements and technical designs.
  • Execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
  • Identify, document, and report defects found during testing.
  • Collaborate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement Automation Testing Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree required.
