We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

A successful candidate will have a passion for quality assurance and experience with D365 Sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
  • Ensure testing best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • D365 functional knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
