Key Responsibilities

Mergers and acquisitions professionals develop growth strategies to identify opportunities that align with the company's objectives. This involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic targets.

  1. Developing business expansion plans by identifying potential acquisition or joint venture partners.
  2. Conducting thorough market assessments and competitor analysis to inform deal-making strategies.
  3. Executing transactions by performing valuations, preparing investment memorandums, and leading due diligence efforts with internal teams and external advisors.
  4. Negotiating agreements and ensuring timely transaction closure while structuring deals to meet legal and tax requirements.
  5. Planning and executing post-merger integration initiatives with key stakeholders, monitoring synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or investment banking is required.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • A proven track record of handling end-to-end mergers and acquisitions lifecycle is essential.
