Strategic Transactions Advisor

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on corporate restructuring, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
