Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the food packaging sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in the food industry packaging space.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell tailored packaging solutions including corrugated packaging, mono cartons, and flexible packaging.
  • Drive sales growth by crafting strategic plans and executing client acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to generate leads and stay updated on market developments.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the food packaging industry. A strong understanding of corrugation, mono carton, and flexible packaging products and processes is also essential.

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required to excel in this role. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet sales targets is also crucial.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field is mandatory. An MBA is highly desirable.
