We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the food packaging sector.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate/B2B sales with a focus on corrugated boxes, mono cartons, or flexible packaging.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food industry packaging space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell tailored packaging solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategic plans and executing client acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to generate leads and stay updated on market developments.
Proven experience in corporate sales/business development is essential. The ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet sales targets is also crucial.
Strong knowledge of corrugation, mono carton, and flexible packaging products and processes is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are necessary for success in this role.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
