Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement with 5–10 years of proven experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.
Necessary Skills:
- Strong background in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
