
Zonal Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to drive the growth of our zonal operations.
- Manage and optimize overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage your expertise in distribution planning and channel strategy implementation to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead large teams to deliver exceptional performance, foster a culture of excellence, and encourage continuous learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering strong sales results through effective channel management, network investment, and customer delivery.
- Achieving targeted growth in customer and revenue market share.
- Ensuring seamless integration of various sales channels and maximizing their potential.
- Driving cost optimization initiatives to enhance zonal efficiency and profitability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An MBA from a reputable institution.
- At least 8 years of experience in distribution and/or general management, preferably in Telecom or FMCG.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic environments, think critically, and make informed decisions.
