
Senior Channel Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced partnerships manager to build and run our Partner Program from scratch.
About the Role:- Define the program, identify and recruit partners (MSPs, OEMs, SIs)
- Co-create GTM campaigns and drive revenue through partner-sourced deals
- Develop and launch Devicemax's Tiered Partner Program with clear value propositions, incentives, and onboarding flows
The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS/IT partnerships, channel sales, or strategic alliances. Prior experience working with MSPs, OEMs, or IT resellers is a strong advantage.
A high-ownership role with a direct impact on GTM growth awaits the successful candidate. Fast-track to a leadership role as we scale. Competitive compensation + performance-linked incentives included.
