Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities within the Northern Indian region, particularly in the field of polyurethane moulding.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, ensuring timely resolution of customer needs and concerns.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's market share growth.
- Technical Expertise:
- Display a profound understanding of polyurethane moulding processes and applications, serving as a trusted resource for customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, showcasing exceptional knowledge of our products' technical aspects.
- Language Skills:
- Communicate fluently in Marathi, English, and Hindi, allowing seamless interaction with a diverse customer base.
- Transportation Skills:
- Possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to operate a 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler for frequent travel within the NCR region.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in chemistry/chemical engineering/polymer science/materials science from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the polyurethane moulding industry.
- Demonstrate excellent technical skills relevant to mould application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with superior interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
- Results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while maintaining open communication channels with team members.
- Familiarity with the Northern Indian industrial landscape, including local market trends and competitor analysis.
