Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing second-level technical support, building relationships with global technical support teams, and facilitating warranty claims and RMA processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Build relationships with global technical support teams and business units
  • Facilitate warranty claims and RMA processes
  • Support sales teams and regional service teams for new products and solutions
  • Be an ambassador for services and partner with internal and external teams to drive service excellence

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 8 years experience as Service Engineer
  • Previous experience working within Technical Service teams in a regional/global environment
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Customer facing skills and ability to manage through people
