The role of the Technical Services Lead is to provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring timely solutions to their problems. Key responsibilities include building relationships with global technical teams, business units, and regional subject matter experts to address issues and implement best practices.

  • Provide on-site or remote technical support using expertise in technical concepts and systems.
  • Build key relationships within the global technical support team, business unit teams & regional SMEs to address issues, bring best practices, and implement timely solutions for customers.
  • Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, facilitating warranty claims and RMA processes.
  • Work with distributors and third-party service providers to manage basic technical support and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and customers to drive service excellence and exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-train on other business units for backup and supporting customer issues, providing onsite support as needed for escalations and critical installations.
  • Oversee installation support and installed base management for India, developing analytics for parts consumption and contract packages to drive productivity and ensure right parts are ordered.
  • Responsible for all KPIs for services across India, including response and resolution times.
