Job Opportunity: Technical Field Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to provide installation, configuration, and maintenance services for EPABX systems, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.

This role requires strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with various technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and commission EPABX systems (NEC, Matrix, Samsung).
  • Set up and troubleshoot IP/Analog CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
  • Install and maintain biometric and RFID-based access control systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain service logs and documentation of work done.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in field installations and technical support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • EPABX systems (NEC, Matrix, Samsung).
  • CCTV systems (Analog/IP, NVR, DVR).
  • Biometric/RFID Access Control Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, cabling (CAT5/CAT6), and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
