Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Technical Support Representative. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and collaborating with other team members to enhance customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
