We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and intellectually curious technology professional with years of experience who is interested in working collaboratively with our clients and team members. You will be part of a global team that supports an approximately 350-user group.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and supporting internal business and client-facing applications in an Azure/365 environment. Responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, cloud/.NET/web development, and advancing the use of artificial intelligence in the firm.

Responsibilities will also include coordinating and collaborating with local Operations and Development functions to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of firm technology to meet business demands. This includes providing guidance to end-users, responding to escalations promptly, monitoring, and testing system performance, and prioritizing and responding to user requests as appropriate.

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of .NET development experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure/365 Technologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Container technology (Docker)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services; knowledge in AI is a plus
  • Proficiency in Azure, C#, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell
  • Experience in React, TypeScript, Blazzer or Python is a plus
  • Experience using generative AI systems and large language models is a plus
  • Experience in web application development and associated skills (SOAP, REST, HTTP, web services)
  • Experience creating dynamic web interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks
  • SharePoint experience is preferred but not mandatory; knowledge in configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online is an added advantage
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus (365 and Azure certifications)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on web development
  • Excellent client service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to gather project requirements and create system documentation and training manuals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate situations and make sound decisions on development requests or enhancements
  • Collaborative and open to working with a diverse group; interested in dynamic, progressive, and evolving work and responsibilities
