Job Overview

Deliver high-quality technical tasks and drive project success as a Senior Technical Professional. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
  • 5-9 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in highways and roadway motorways design
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and 2D design, with experience in ORD and Civil 3D software

Additional Skills

  • Highway rehabilitation related design, modeling, land development, traffic management plans, Junctions, Road Signs, Markings
  • Quality process and procedures implementation for delivery of projects
