Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead our technical programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Manage resources and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 15 years of experience in Agile Development preferred with a deep understanding of Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
  • At least 3 large successfully delivered technical programs with experience in software development and/or project management.
  • Proven experience leading data-driven projects related to Big Data/Data Science is a must.
  • Awareness of technologies like SQL, Data engineering, software engineering, Cloud.
  • Mastery of Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage large teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
