What you will do :


- Lead by Example : Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while guiding the team on technical decisions and best practices.


- Technical Ownership : Drive the design and implementation of core systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.


- Mentor and Support : Coach and mentor engineers, helping them improve their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.


- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


- Ensure Code Quality : Establish and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


- Architect Solutions : Contribute to the design of scalable architectures and help in critical decision-making for technology choices.


- Drive Delivery : Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure on-time execution without compromising quality.


- Champion Engineering Culture : Promote best practices in testing, DevOps, and documentation to raise the overall bar of the team.

What you would bring to the table :


- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 12 years in a lead or senior role.


- Strong expertise in backend frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, Java) and frontend technologies (e.g., React, JavaScript).


- Solid understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).


- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tools, and security best practices.


- Proven track record of mentoring and upskilling engineering teams.


- Ability to work in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment with a strong bias for execution.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.


- Passion for building high-quality software and driving technical excellence.
