Hiring for Technical Integration Lead

At Procol, a Technical Integration Lead is not just about timelines and coordination — they're a critical bridge between customers and engineering, ensuring that client needs are understood, issues are resolved swiftly, and solutions are delivered with technical depth. This role combines customer empathy with hands-on problem-solving, bringing clarity to client conversations while also contributing directly to the codebase.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys speaking with customers as much as solving technical challenges, and can wear multiple hats—debugging, coding, and coordinating delivery. What you will do:

  • Customer Collaboration: Join customer calls to understand requirements, gather feedback, and troubleshoot simpler engineering/debugging issues in real time.
  • Hands-on Problem Solving: Roll up your sleeves to fix smaller technical issues or support debugging alongside engineering teams.
  • Project Ownership: Drive end-to-end execution for customer-facing projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
  • Bridge Engineering & Clients: Translate client needs into actionable tasks for engineering teams and ensure smooth communication both ways.
  • Technical Contribution: Contribute to the codebase for smaller features, enhancements, or bug fixes to accelerate delivery.
  • Documentation & Clarity: Maintain clear technical and project documentation, ensuring visibility across stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in processes or recurring issues and proactively propose improvements.

What would you bring to the table:

  • 4–6 years of experience in software development, project management, or a hybrid tech role.
  • Strong coding background in modern backend or frontend frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, , Java, Go, React, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on debugging and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or service-based environment with direct client interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance priorities, and communicate clearly.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and version control (Git).
  • Strong interpersonal skills — equally comfortable talking to clients and collaborating with engineers.
