We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Developer
to take ownership of front-end development and lead a team of engineers in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in
with a strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and UI/UX best practices. This role requires leadership skills, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Architect and design scalable front-end solutions using , Redux/Context API, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process and technology enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years
    of professional front-end development experience, with at least 5
    + years in
    .
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
  • Strong expertise in
    JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    state management libraries
    (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or Context API).
  • Proficiency with
    RESTful APIs / GraphQL integration
    .
  • Experience in
    frontend build tools
    (Webpack, Babel, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Strong understanding of
    performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly practices
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to
    or server-side rendering frameworks.
  • Experience with
    Micro Frontends / Monorepo architectures
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
