Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Technical Lead, located in Noida/Jaipur/Pune/Gurugram. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations. Day-to-day tasks include handling Salesforce configurations, developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and providing technical leadership to a team of developers. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and translating them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Over 6 Years of Experience in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Components
- Proficiency in integration patterns and best practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida/Jaipur/Pune/Gurugram
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
