Job Title: Influencer Campaign Manager

IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency specialising in influencer partnerships with US/UK lifestyle and entertainment brands. We collaborate with a roster of top-performing content creators across all platforms, empowering them to turn their passion for content creation into successful careers. While our creators focus on producing exceptional content, we handle the business side, helping them monetize their work effectively.

Over the past two years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing campaigns for industry leaders.

We are looking for a proactive detail-oriented highly organised campaign assistant to support our influencers and pipeline. This remote full time role guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs as hours may increase or decrease.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
  • Contracting: Share agreements with influencers/managers, ensure signatures are collected quickly.
  • Onboarding: Send brand brief + content checklist, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect concepts/drafts on schedule, check against brief, send to brand for approval, and relay feedback within deadline windows.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates, ensure influencers stick to agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against agreed rates/deliverables, and submit for timely processing.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real time, check quality + compliance.
  • Reporting: Collect and log post insights (reach, engagement, CPM, etc.), compile into client-ready report by set deadline.

What We're Looking For.

  • Proven experience as an influencer expert preferably somebody that understands campaign management.
  • Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with web-based tools including Google Sheets and Clickup.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
