This role involves shaping the future of matchmaking at a leading consumer tech startup. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and onboarding influencers to create impactful campaigns
  • Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote the brand and its offerings
  • Coordinating with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets
  • Tracking influencer content performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing future partnerships
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics
