Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a driven and innovative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships—particularly on YouTube and Instagram—while ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner Discovery: Identify and onboard exclusive creators for brand collaborations.
  • Influencer Management: Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
  • Relationship Building: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign goals.
  • Project Coordination: Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
