As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic relationships with influencers to maximize brand reach and engagement. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with social media influencers to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard social media influencers aligned with our target audience and brand values.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging campaigns that meet clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with social media influencers; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and organization.
