Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading influencer marketing initiatives across various social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers who align with our brand values and goals.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups with influencers.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly to ensure accurate information.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules with influencers.
  • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed by influencers.

Content & Engagement Tracking:

  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in user-generated content collection and content approvals.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation with influencers.

Cross-team Support:

  • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Support influencer gifting and event campaigns as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
