Description:
A Critical Role in Ensuring Seamless Ecosystem Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Channel Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecosystem by providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders related to the NextWave partner program.
  • Provide operational support for various business processes, including access management, compliance data validation, deal registration, and partner application processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • No less than 10 years of relevant experience in managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with participants at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance).
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of business domains or managing business processes and being accountable to stakeholders.
