Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead influencer-led initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems in the beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute tailored strategies for our beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Influencer Identification and Management: Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Brand Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiation and Budget Management: Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Influencer Database Management: Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
