Senior Data Specialist

As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for turning influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.
This includes collecting, cleaning and analyzing influencer campaign data from multiple sources to provide visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
You will identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns by working closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams.
Additionally, you will build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact as well as conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
Post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations) is also a key responsibility of this role.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis.
- Excellent at MSExcel, MSPowerpoint and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
