Marketing Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Influencer Management: Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Campaign Deliverables: Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines. Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
