We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Market Growth: Expand brand presence and cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Foster Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen ties with industry influencers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Elevate Sales Performance: Implement targeted strategies to boost revenue and conversion rates.
- Cultivate Market Insights: Gather and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
- Support Professional Development: Educate contractors and partners on products and best practices.
You will be responsible for generating demand through strategic network expansion, consistently meeting sales targets, and fostering strong connections with key stakeholders. You will also conduct product demonstrations, establish robust relationships, and track leads from site visits. Additionally, you will monitor pipeline conversion rates, organize industry events, address underperforming partnerships, and provide regular updates to management.
Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
This role requires a deep understanding of market development, strategic partnerships, sales growth, and market intelligence. You must be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies and lead training sessions to enhance skill sets and loyalty.
