Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring that the organization's human resources functions run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Employee Records Management: They will maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Benefits Administration: The candidate will assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer benefit-related questions, and coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
  4. Training and Development: They will coordinate training sessions or workshops for employees, track training completion, and assist in the development of training materials or programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Policy Implementation and Compliance: The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and addressing any compliance issues as they arise.
  6. Employee Relations: They will provide support to employees on various HR-related matters, address employee concerns or grievances, and facilitate communication between employees and management.
  7. HR Reporting and Analysis: The candidate will generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographics, and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. HR Projects and Initiatives: They will assist HR managers with special projects or initiatives such as performance management programs, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Good spoken English and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
  • HR Knowledge: A good understanding of HR terms and policies is required.

What We Offer:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package based on industry standards, which ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
