Channel Sales and Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Channel Sales and Marketing Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher to kick-start their career in the real estate industry, working with a reputable company based in Bengaluru.

This full-time role involves driving sales through various channels, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and promoting real estate projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, attending sales meetings, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and providing support in organizing events to showcase properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to stay ahead of the competition
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
  • Support in organizing events, such as property launches and open houses
