Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, providing clients with property details, conducting market research, and coordinating site visits. Daily tasks will also include maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active communication with clients, and participation in marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
