Job Title: Operations Manager - Supply Chain Specialist
As an Operations Manager - Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management of order operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing order processes to guarantee efficient supply chain management.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze demand and forecast data to identify any exceptions or outliers. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on your findings.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and update them regularly. Additionally, you will take ownership of document maintenance and disposal.
To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 2 years' experience in business management, merchandising, Supply Chain in Retail, CPG, or a similar industry. A Master's degree in Business Management is preferred. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills are also desired.
