Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to eliminate errors.

  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs to track performance and meet targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

  • Handle client requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver timely updates to management.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 3 years in operations management or a related role.

  • Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
