Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple franchise centers.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and business activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, systems, and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track student enrollment, revenue generation, and center productivity.
  • Prepare and review operational reports, highlighting gaps and improvement areas.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance of franchisees.
  • Business Support & Growth
  • Provide ongoing operational support to franchise partners to achieve business goals.
  • Guide franchisees in implementing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Identify underperforming centers and work on corrective action plans.
  • Coordination & Relationship Management
  • Act as the bridge between Head Office and franchise centers.
  • Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong franchise partner relations to ensure long-term collaboration.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of operations management in EdTech / training institutes / franchise business.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting ability.
  • Ability to manage multi-location centers and diverse partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and operational dashboards.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience: 5–10 years in operations management (preferably in EdTech, training, channel sales, or franchise operations).
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Operations / General Management / Marketing preferred.
