Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager at Sky Volt Pvt Ltd, located in Jaipur. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, developing and implementing growth strategies, and maintaining positive relationships with franchisees. The role also entails monitoring franchise performance, providing training and support, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the franchise network.

A Franchise Development Manager identifies new franchise opportunities and supports onboarding by vetting potential franchisees, negotiating agreements, overseeing recruitment, providing setup support, collaborating on marketing, and tracking franchise performance to optimize operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified franchisees who can successfully operate and grow new franchise locations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify regions and demographics that are ideal for franchise expansion.
  • Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with legal and financial standards.
  • Franchisee Support: Provide operational, financial, and marketing support to franchisees, ensuring they understand the brand's processes and standards.
  • Franchise Training: Develop and implement training programs for new franchisees to ensure operational success.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all franchise locations adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain quality standards.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop strategies for long-term franchise growth and revenue generation.

Required Skills:

  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales strategies and marketing techniques to attract new franchisees.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and market expansion strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and establish mutually beneficial franchise agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with potential franchisees, existing franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Managing the complex process of franchise setup, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with franchisees, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Leadership and Training: Ability to guide and mentor new franchisees, helping them succeed.

Qualifications
