About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Retail Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, strengthen retail partnerships, and lead expansion across the region.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing retail operations, franchise development, and business growth strategies in fast-paced industries such as automobile, D2C, or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail expansion strategies, including exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centers.
  • Identify and finalize new retail locations through effective partnerships with landlords, malls, and real estate agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure operational and brand excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Oversee retail outlet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare performance reports on sales, profitability, and market insights for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in retail business development or area sales management.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics for decision-making.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
