About the Role

Satellite Teams is looking for a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager
to join our growing on-site team in
Jaipur, India
. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
operations and people management
, with extensive experience
building and maintaining business relationships with U.S.-based clients
.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our offshore teams deliver exceptional performance and service to our U.S. clients. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, support team leads, drive performance, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all teams consistently meet performance goals and client expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor supervisors, team leads, and staff to promote high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    U.S.-based clients
    , serving as their main point of contact for updates, escalations, and performance discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Recruitment, HR, Training, and Finance) to ensure proper staffing, onboarding, and support for assigned teams.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for leadership and client review.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    operations management, service delivery, or client account management
    , preferably in a staffing or outsourcing environment.
  • Proven experience
    managing teams and client relationships
    , particularly with
    U.S.-based clients
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to work
    on-site in Jaipur
    and collaborate across time zones.
