Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations located in Jaipur. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing teams, developing operational strategies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in General Management and Operations Management to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the resort.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Team Management, including the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and financial planning to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or wellness industry will be considered an asset.
