Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Motor Agency located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the motor insurance agency network, driving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing agency operations, providing training and support to agents, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure seamless operations.
