Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager of Sales, located in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include fostering client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments to meet organizational objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in General Management and Team Management, with a track record of leading and motivating teams effectively
  • Experience in Sales and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Adept at Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector is highly desirable but not mandatory
