Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficiency in all processes, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include managing logistics, streamlining workflows, supervising teams, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal client and patient satisfaction while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in process optimization and workflow streamlining
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with NABL guidelines and standards is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur with a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred
